您好！我叫XX，是机械工程学院09机械设计制造及其自动化（3）班的一名学生，现担任09机制（3）班团支部书记和机械工程学院团委学生会副书记等职务，先后还担任过荆楚理工家教志愿者协会会长和机械工程学院团委学生会社团部部长等职务。2009年9月我很荣幸成为我校的一名新生，一入校我就被学校的温馨与热情所深深地感染，不知不觉已走过了两个年头。在这两年里，我正如我们年轻的学校一样，伴随着无限的激情与活力茁壮成长着。在荆楚理工这篇热土上我始终保持着积极向上、虚心求学的心态，严格要求自己做好各项工作，积极参加各项活动，乐于参加各种社会实践活动，并慢慢学会了协调好工作与学习的关系，在服务中不断完善自我，努力做到全面发展。很高兴经过两年的努力我基本具备了申报国家奖学金的评选条件，先将个人基本情况介绍如下，供各位领导的评审参考。
一、	思想上积极要求进步：
本人在大一下学期向党组织递交了入党申请书，顺利进入党校学习，并担任小组长，期间积极组织小组成员及时参加党的相关知识学习和党讨论活动，认真做到信息上传下达。在党校结业时被光荣地评委了“优秀学员”，并2010年10月正式成为一名入党积极分子。党校学习之初开始，我就认真学习了党校学习课程，并时时、事事以党的基本要求严格要求自己，为自己即将成为一名优秀的共产党人打下坚实的基础。两年内先后认真学习了《思想道德修养与法律基础》、《中国近代史纲要》、《马克思主义基本原理》和《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》等基础政治课程。课余还抽出部分时间阅读相关报刊杂志关心国内外大事和民生问题，并认真阅读了《时事报告（大学生版）》系列杂志。通过相关政治知识的学习使我思想更加坚定地要求进步，树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，积极参加各种如“走进养老院”、“为灾区募捐”、“关爱智障儿童”等公益活动。其间还认真组织并参与了“感恩、成才、立志”系列活动。
二、	学习上勤奋刻苦，严格要求自己，努力做到工作学业两不误：
认真学习是每一位学生的天职，在学习上不甘人后，我在做好手头工作的同时对学业不敢有丝毫的懈怠。经过两年认真刻苦的学习和课上思维活跃积极配合老师的授课，在历次考试综合测评中都位于班级的前三甲和年级的前五强。在2009——2010学年，班级排名第二名、年级第五名，获校级乙等奖学金；在2010——2011学年，班级排名第一名、年级排名第四名，获校级乙等奖学金，并顺利通过国家英语四级考试。
三、工作上认真负责，严于律己，做好模范带头作用：
在工作上，认真负责，工作能力强，能够扮演好各个岗位上的角色。作为班委的一份子，尊敬师长，团结同学，让大家心往一处想，劲往一处使，班级工作一帆风顺，和谐发展。所在班级曾被评为“优良学风班集体”和“五四红旗团支部”，个人也被了“优秀学生干部”。
在担任家教志愿者协会会长期间严明社团纪律，强化社团内部管理，多与社团干部和会员沟通交流，注重他们爱心和责任心的培养。协会所派出去做家教的会员均能做到认真负责，富有爱心，所教学生都在不同程度上有所进步，得到了广大荆门市民和学生的认可，并赢得了广泛赞誉，也使得家教志愿者协会在校内颇具影响力！例如：我协会在中天街举办“家教协会第二届现场咨询会”时得到了荆门日报记者的关注和报道。此外，我协会在关爱残疾儿童等爱心活动方面也为学校的其他社团起到了良好的示范作用。2011年3——4月，我协会还策划并组织了以弘扬“真心献给学子，爱心回报荆门”这一宗旨家教协会第一届“义务家教活动月”活动，为增强我校大学生的社会责任感做出了积极贡献。提升了他们“学会感恩，服务社会，回报社会”的责任意识。
在担任社团部部长期间，以“完善社团建设，繁荣校园文化”为理念，加强社团部职能建设，明确部门发展方向，强化社团部责任意识，加强与各社团间的交流与沟通，注意部员能力的培养。在任期内策划并组织了“九九重阳节，浓浓敬老情”、“荆楚理工第二届棋友杯象棋大赛”、“疯狂英语节”和“义务家教月”等一系列的活动。由于工作业绩的突出现已被光荣的选举为机械工程学院团委学生会副书记。任重而道远，我正努力为进一步提升我院纪律建设、学风建设和文化建设做出应有的贡献，现已起草完毕并通过了“学生干部考核条例”和“班级积分量化考核条例”等制度的提案，打算从制度和管理上促进我院学生工作的发展。
四、家贫志坚，社会实践能力突出：
家庭困难的我在生活上，勤俭自强，奋发向上，自食其力，帮补家用，课余期间我尝做过家教、促销、举牌、发单、卖快餐、校园主管等各种勤工俭学的兼职，靠自己的双手挣取在校期间的生活费和其他各种开销。尽管别人在休息和娱乐之时我还要为生计而忙碌，但是我并不羡慕他们，因为我的忙碌让我更充实，让我锻炼更多的能力，在忙碌中快乐成长。每一次的社会实践我都用心学习，用心工作，用成绩说话。例如：2009年10月——2010年元月给一家餐厅做业务，成为该餐厅的头号业务员，曾取得过单日108份快餐的骄人成绩，当日业绩约占餐厅总营业额的三分之一之多。2009年10月——2010年6月给文峰中学一名叫赵子杭的同学做家教老师，使该生成绩有了质的飞跃，由班级原本的三十名以后跨越到班级前十，受到了学生和家长的喜爱。2010年5月——2011年7月担任新晨报社《希望英语》杂志的校园主管，认真管理团队，销售业绩突出，后期及时反馈读者建议，解决问题，遵守承诺，使售后服务得到保障。2010年10月中秋期间还卖过月饼，业绩喜人。2011年8月——9月暑假期间还办过暑期培训班，等到了小区内居民和学生的广泛认可。
五、勤于思考、勇于开拓创新：
平时无论是工作还是学习，都勤于思考，勇于开拓创新，探索更为优秀的方案和更为有效地方法，这既为我的工作提供了方便，又为我忙碌的工作和学习节省了不少时间。例如：在任家协会长期间敢为人先制定了透明的协会经费收支和财务管理方案，实施了更为有效的宣传方式，使得协会运行顺畅，业绩突出，成功解决了一般协会运行所遇到的捉襟见肘的尴尬局面，无论是内部奖励和举办活动都无后顾之忧。策划了首届“义务家教月”活动，赢得了广泛赞誉。在课余时间我还自学了CAD制图软件和参加了机电小组的单片机项目的相关知识的学习。
六、生活态度，乐观向上，永不言弃：
积极向上，乐观开朗的我，自信自强，追求全面发展，走在哪里总能见到我阳光般得笑脸。“辛勤耕耘，收获成功”是我的座右铭，“永不止步，不断拓展人生的宽度”是激励我不断前进的动力，“面对困难的时候，让信念帮自己挺过去，直到成功！”是我永不言弃的信念。
“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”在未来的两年里，我将会更加努力地学习、工作、生活，勇于迎接生活中的各种挑战，因为成为一名优秀的大学生是我大学期间不懈的追求。我坚信我在荆楚理工这篇热土上必能逐步走向成熟，逐步完善自我，练就一身本领，为我即将踏入社会筹备足够多的人生筹码。美好的未来不是梦，我会为成为一名优秀的荆楚人而不断努力奋斗！
